Therefore, in depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals is highly desirable, (both unopposed and opposed) particularly in the context of managing a large property portfolio.

Aside from fee-earning and leading transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
