A Top 100 national firm with a Legal 500-ranked Property Litigation team is looking for a Solicitor with 18+ months PQE to join their thriving Bristol office. You'll work on a broad range of property disputes, from landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations and lease renewals, through to possession actions, trespass and squatter claims. A particular area of specialism in the team is acting for landowners on telecoms disputes and issues relating to the

Electronic Communications Code - but no specialist experience is required to join. If you want to develop a niche, you'll have full support to do so.

You'll be acting for household name clients, property owners, social housing providers and funders, gaining exposure to a wide variety of matters and working closely with highly regarded senior lawyers who will mentor and guide you.
