The Real Estate Disputes team is a core practice area, acting on complex, high-value disputes for landlords, developers and lenders. The firm operates a modern, flexible model, offering up to three days per week hybrid working.

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Associate to take a role within the RED team.

You will manage and lead complex matters including:

  • Developer and right to light disputes
  • Party wall and trespass claims
  • Landlord & tenant litigation
  • Possession and mortgage claims
  • Contested lease renewals, forfeiture and secured recovery

Beyond case leadership, you will play a strategic role in client development, cross-referrals and team supervision, helping shape the next phase of the department's growth.
