The Role:

As a Property Litigation Associate (6+ PQE), you'll join a well-established and close-knit litigation team with an excellent reputation. The department has seen consistent growth, fuelled by high-quality instructions and strong leadership.

Your caseload will be varied, including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Dilapidation claims
• Break notices and lease terminations
• Possession proceedings
• Professional negligence and contract disputes
• Arbitration and mediation matters

You'll play a key role in managing complex matters, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to business development - with a clear route to more senior opportunities, including Partnership.
