The Role:

You'll join a respected Real Estate Disputes team, acting for commercial and residential landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.

Typical work includes:

• Breach of covenant (e.g. consents, alterations, user clauses)
• Lease renewals, forfeiture, break notices, dilapidations
• Possession claims, trespass, squatters
• Easements, nuisance, adverse possession
• Rights to light, TOLATA, service charge disputes

You'll run your own caseload independently, with access to modern systems, strong paralegal support, and a team who back each other up.

The Candidate:

• 5+ years' PQE in real estate litigation
• Comfortable advising on both commercial and residential disputes
• Able to manage matters with minimal supervision
• Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
• Proactive, reliable, and commercially aware
• Interest in business development welcomed (with help from in-house support)
