The Role
The firm is actively looking for a Property Litigation Partner to join their St Albans office, which is known for its collaborative and collegial environment. As a member of the Property Litigation team, you will be welcomed into a friendly, supportive, and professional setting that has seen a surge in workflow and is poised for further expansion under strong leadership.
In this role, you will work closely with six property partners who handle prime London real estate and cater to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This diverse clientele means you will have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of high-stakes property litigation matters, including disputes over leases, landlord and tenant issues, professional negligence claims, and complex contract disputes. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the firm's clients receive top-tier legal representation, and you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards for which the firm is known.
