A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked practice is seeking a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding and well-established team. The Role:
The firm is now seeking a Senior Associate with at least 6 years' PQE in property litigation to play a key role in a busy and high-performing team.

You will handle a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload, including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Service charge and breach of covenant claims
• Leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage proceedings
• Possession and forfeiture actions
• Boundary disputes, adverse possession, and easements
• Party wall and nuisance claims

This is a role offering genuine autonomy, high levels of client contact, and the opportunity to contribute strategically to the continued growth of the department.

The Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in property litigation
• Strong experience in both residential and commercial disputes
• Excellent technical and client relationship skills
