A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded London law firm as a Senior Associate. The Role:
You will play a key role within the Property Litigation team, taking on a broad caseload across both residential and commercial property disputes. Work will include landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, possession claims, service charge disputes, boundary matters, and title-related litigation.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the litigation and property departments and be encouraged to take an active role in client relationships and business development.
Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE in property litigation
- Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- A team-oriented and proactive approach
