This firm has an excellent reputation in Real Estate and Property Disputes. They have a strong offering across residential property & commercial property disputes and offer exposure to work on both fronts. In this role you will be dealing with: -

• Boundary Disputes
• Dilapidations
• Development Disputes
• TOLATA
• Breach of Contract

Due to the firms strong commercial presence, and focus on HNW Property work, you will be dealing with a high quality, complex level of property disputes.

The team has a fantastic reputation in springboarding the careers of their associates / senior associates.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ-6 PQE.
