Property Litigation Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Bournemouth

This role is for a property litigator who enjoys complex disputes, real responsibility, and the satisfaction of seeing technically demanding cases through to resolution.

You would be joining a recognised property litigation team within a large, established dispute resolution department, working on a varied mix of commercial and residential property disputes. The work is intellectually stretching, often high value, and supported by experienced leadership that encourages autonomy rather than micromanagement.

The role

• Running your own caseload of property litigation matters from early advice through to trial or ADR

• Advising on commercial and residential disputes including landlord and tenant issues, business lease renewals, restrictive covenants, easements, boundary disputes and co-ownership claims

• Acting on development-related and construction disputes, including defective works, delay, payment and variation issues

• Handling matters in the County Court, High Court and through alternative dispute resolution

• Working closely with senior litigators on larger, strategically important cases while maintaining your own client relationships

The work you'll be doing

• Business lease renewals and contested commercial landlord and tenant disputes

• High-value restrictive covenant and development disputes

• Property ownership, adverse possession and rights of way matters

• Construction and development disputes with a strong procedural and technical edge

• Planning-related challenges and judicial review work where appropriate
