The Role:

• As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
• This is a senior-level position where you will play a key role in advising clients, managing complex cases, and providing strategic legal solutions.
• Managing a caseload of property litigation matters including disputes related to residential and commercial properties.
• Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
• Handling disputes involving landlord and tenant issues, property ownership, boundaries, leases, and other property-related conflicts.
• Conducting negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.

The ideal candidate

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, likely 2-4 years PQE (although outside of this PQE range may also be considered)
• Proven track record of handling complex landlord and tenant disputes as well as a broad mix of residential property and commercial property disputes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
