Property Litigation Solicitor | Guildford | 1-5 Years' PQE

Join a respected Real Estate Dispute Resolution team based in Guildford, working alongside an experienced Litigation Partner with over 20 years' expertise. This is a great opportunity for a 1-5 PQE Solicitor to develop their property litigation skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Advise on long leasehold issues, service charge recovery, lease renewals, collective enfranchisement, and assured shorthold tenancies
  • Interpret and apply key legislation including the Housing Acts, Landlord & Tenant Acts, and Protection from Eviction Act
  • Contribute to team development, client training, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate time recording, billing and financial targets
  • Deliver practical and commercially-focused advice to a diverse client base

What You'll Bring

  • 1-5 years' PQE with experience in property litigation, or a strong litigation background with a property bias
  • Working knowledge of relevant landlord and tenant legislation
  • Excellent time management, drafting and communication skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to client care
  • Confidence in liaising with clients and supporting senior team members
