The Role
You will take on a varied caseload of property disputes, covering areas such as lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidations, possession claims, restrictive covenants, and boundary issues. There will also be the chance to work alongside partners on larger commercial matters while building your own client relationships and profile.
From day one, you will be encouraged to take ownership of files, develop your advocacy, and mentor junior colleagues as you grow into a trusted member of the team.
About You

• 
  Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in property litigation
• 
  Experience across both residential and commercial disputes
• 
  Strong technical and client-facing skills
•
