The Role

In this exciting Real Estate team you will be engaged in some of the highest quality work in the country, focusing specifically on providing English Real Estate advice, and supporting them in negotiating contracts and the sale/purchase/lease of commercial property.

The successful candidate will work alongside colleagues across the country in this varied role, and will therefore be able to benefit from their collective and individual experience. Real Estate as a practice area has been recognised by the Legal 500 through its prestigious Tier ranking system and is deemed to be one of the best in Scotland.

You will be handling your own workload, advising your clients with all of their English pertinent Real Estate issues and supporting your team with business development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is an English/Wales qualified Real Estate lawyer with 2+ years of PQE experience
• You have excellent customer service skills and are able to focus on providing solutions in a clear way to a range of clients
• Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
• Have a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
