The Role

The role will see you joining one of the fastest-growing, highly tiered Real Estate teams in the north-west out of their Manchester Office.

Their Manchester team works nationally so you will be exposed to a range of regional and national clients working with revered Legal 500 Partners & rising stars.

This role will set you apart from the crowd getting unrivalled experience running your own HNW transactions from the outset alongside working closely with the senior partners on major Real Estate transactions.

You will work with HNW developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, and property Investors, including family trusts, private offices and global investment funds on the following areas:

• Land acquisitions including options and conditional contracts
• Property investment acquisitions and disposals acting for both buyers and sellers
• Acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of business leases
• Retail, leisure and healthcare Asset Management and Development work
• Corporate Real Estate.
