Real Estate Disputes Associate - West End Firm

A prestigious, long-established law firm with a strong reputation in the West End is seeking a talented Real Estate Disputes Associate to join their highly regarded team. The firm is well-known for its expertise across real estate, dispute resolution, and corporate law, offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career.

The Role:

  • You'll work with a range of institutional landlord clients, managing lease renewals, vacant possession strategies, dilapidations disputes, and other complex property litigation matters.
  • Take the lead on high-profile cases involving restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, and professional negligence claims, and deal with cases that may be heard in tribunals and courts, from the County Court to the Supreme Court.
  • You'll also handle residential disputes, including leasehold enfranchisement and breach of covenant matters, depending on workload.
  • With access to paralegal support, you'll run a varied caseload, making strategic decisions while exploring alternative dispute resolutions for clients.

About You:

  • You'll have 4+ years PQE with solid experience in real estate litigation at a highly regarded national or regional law firm.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a proven ability to work under pressure on complex cases.
  • You're a team player with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
  • The role is suited to someone who enjoys a hands-on, dynamic environment, with a long-term vision of growing within an established team.
