The Role

This is a remarkable opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a growing, innovative firm in London's West End. You'll work directly with an experienced Partner on high-profile borrower-side transactions, including Development Finance, Investment, and Corporate JVs. Recent high-calibre projects include advising on complex 45-acre developments, with challenging environmental and planning considerations. In this hands-on role, you'll manage a variety of matters, including LMA-based facility agreements, debt finance, subordination/intercreditor agreements, development finance, and mezzanine finance. You'll enjoy high client visibility and the chance to contribute to business development within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Requirements:

• A Real Estate Finance Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, skilled in borrower-side transactions and experienced with LMA documentation
• Knowledge of facility agreements, debt finance, intercreditor agreements, development finance, and mezzanine finance
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting client relationships
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach with the drive to help grow the firm's practice
