The Role:

You'll work with lenders on a range of property finance matters, from bridging loans to commercial property transactions. The work is varied, fast-paced, and hands-on.

You'll handle:

• Bridging and secured lending (mostly lender-side)Loan documents, deeds of priority, and third-party mortgages
• Legal pack reviews, title issues, and insurance
• General commercial property work
