The Role:

• The Top 65 firm is recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Partner to join their flourishing City of London office.
• The firm has a strong reputation for Real Estate Finance Property work, working on prime London real estate.
• You will deal with a broad Property Finance caseload which will include; Facility agreements, Debt finance, subordination/intercreditor agreements and ancillary paperwork, Development finance and Mezzanine finance. They charge well for the work they do and believe in providing fee earners with manageable caseloads.
• You will have full support from fee earners and paralegal.
• Clear pathway to Full Equity Partnership
