The Role

Due to increased demand, the firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Partner to join their City of London office.

The team advises a broad mix of clients, including private equity groups, specialist property funders, high-net-worth individuals, traditional banks, and other lenders. While they offer the full range of conventional funding solutions, they are particularly renowned for delivering innovative, bespoke
financing structures for complex or highly technical transactions.

You will be joining a close-knit team of both dedicated Banking and Property Finance lawyers, known for their commerciality, adaptability, and technical strength.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on loan documentation and negotiation
• Primary and mezzanine funding structures
• Project management of cross-border loan transactions
• Secured and structured lending
• Asset finance and securitisation structures
• Developing and nurturing client relationships
• Playing a key role in business development and strategy

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Partner with a minimum of 10 years' PQE
• Strong experience within a respected Property Finance practice
• A proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Commercial awareness and the ability to lead on complex transactions
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
