The Role
You will advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, refinancing, investment and development finance, and acquisition funding. The role will give you exposure to both complex, high-value deals and more streamlined transactions, offering variety and technical challenge.
From the outset, you will enjoy early client contact and plenty of responsibility, while working alongside experienced partners on larger matters. The firm is looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow into a key role in this expanding team.
About You

• 
  Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in real estate finance or banking with property exposure
• 
  Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
• 
  Commercial awareness and the ability to build client relationships
