The role
This position will see you immersed in the full spectrum of real estate finance work, acting for banks, alternative lenders, investors, and borrowers on transactions that range from straightforward refinancing to complex, multi-property, high-value deals. You'll be trusted to handle your own matters from instruction through to completion, while also working closely with senior colleagues on landmark transactions that shape the market.

Your day-to-day will involve drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation, managing the due diligence process, and ensuring deals progress smoothly to completion. You'll also be expected to think commercially, balancing technical accuracy with practical, solution-driven advice that meets your clients' goals. Beyond the transactional work, you'll have scope to develop lasting client relationships and build your profile in the sector, with the support of a firm that actively invests in business development and career progression.

The ideal candidate


  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE

  • Solid transactional real estate experience within a recognised commercial property team

  • Specific exposure to real estate finance matters, with confidence managing transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic solutions

  • A team player with the drive to contribute to the firm's growth and success
