The Opportunity

You'll be joining a high-performing, Legal 500-recognised team working on a broad caseload of Real Estate Finance matters, particularly secured lending transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers.

You'll work closely with experts across the Property, Banking and Finance departments, advising on acquisitions, refinancing and mixed-use developments, as well as drafting and negotiating key transactional documents (contracts, leases, transfers, licences, and more).

What You'll Need

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)
• Experience in Real Estate Finance or Commercial Property matters
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in business development
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
