Handling the full spectrum of property litigation, your caseload will include landlord-tenant issues, complex property disputes, title matters, servitudes, dilapidation claims and more. Your clients will be diverse, from high-net-worth individuals to large corporations, public entities, developers, utility providers, SMEs and commercial landlords.

Advising these clients on all aspects of property disputes, you'll gain experience across various forums, including the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, Land Tribunal and Land Court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution processes.
