The Role

As a Real Estate Partner, you will take a leading role in servicing and developing the firm's established commercial property client base. Working closely with an experienced partner (previously with a Top 100 national firm), you will support a varied caseload as well as capitalise on cross-referrals from the wider corporate, litigation, and employment teams.

The caseload will include:

• Commercial lease renewals and extensions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Corporate support and real estate elements of transactional work
• General commercial property portfolio management

There is a platform and infrastructure are in place for you to grow your practice further, with full marketing and business development support available.

The Ideal Candidate

• Real Estate Partner / Senior Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE
• Strong track record across landlord & tenant, commercial leasing, and transactional support work
• Entrepreneurial outlook, looking to grow a practice within a supportive and well-resourced firm
• Ability to work collaboratively with existing partnership colleagues
• A commercial, client-driven approach with excellent relationship-building skills
