The Role

The Real Estate team is broad in scope and recognised by the Legal 500 (2025 edition) for its outstanding work. The team advises on a wide range of matters, including landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, commercial leasing, and corporate occupier support.

In terms of headcount, the department sits firmly in the Top 3 in the North-West giving them heavyweight experience and reach across all areas property.

Their client base is impressive and diverse, spanning developers, funds, institutional investors, commercial occupiers, and high-net-worth individuals.
As a Partner, you will play an integral role in shaping the team's strategy and growth, while also having the freedom to focus on your own clients.

The structure allows senior lawyers to tailor their role between fee earning, business development, and management, depending on their interests and strengths.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 8+ years PQE, ideally already operating at or near Partner level.
• You will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a commercial mindset. This position offers outstanding prospects for further progression within a firm that values autonomy, collaboration, and leadership.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package and hybrid working.
