The Role: Real Estate Partner

This is a standout opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to play a key role in the growth of the firm's City office. You'll join a Legal 500-recognised team, with a broad client base spanning multiple sectors.

You will:

• Lead on high-value real estate transactions across commercial, mixed-use, and development schemes
• Work closely with fellow Partners to drive strategic growth and support junior lawyers in the team
• Build on existing client relationships while developing new business and cross-practice opportunities
• Help shape the future direction of the department in line with the firm's wider expansion strategy

The firm is open-minded on your specific real estate focus, whether that's development, investment, retail, logistics, or another area, the breadth of their client base means there's room to play to your strengths.

About You:

• 10+ years' PQE with a strong real estate background
• A track record of building client relationships
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute to the wider success of the firm
• A mentor and leader, invested in developing junior talent
