The opportunity:

Lead a high-performing Commercial Property team trusted with the region's most complex and high-value real estate work. You'll handle a broad and quality caseload including portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and providing support on real estate aspects of major corporate transactions.

You will work with an impressive client base including high-net-worth individuals, successful entrepreneurs, and business owners, delivering the calibre of legal expertise typically found only in the City.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team
  • Drive business development and strengthen the firm's profile in the region
  • Advise both banks and borrowers on secured lending transactions
  • Collaborate with the corporate team on share and asset sales and purchases

Who you are:

  • A Real Estate Partner with at least 8 years PQE and a solid billing history
  • A strong leader with experience managing and developing teams
  • Skilled in client relationship management and business growth
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of landlord and tenant law
  • Ideally connected in Kent with a network or partial client following
  • Proactive, ambitious, and ready to play a strategic role in the firm's future
