The Role

This firm is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer (2+ years PQE ) to join this busy team in the City of Manchester office

The Real Estate Department is highly Ranked in the Legal 500 and deals with some of the Largest Commercial Portfolios in the North West.

The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work closely with the Banking & Finance Department on Real Estate Finance matters providing a full service to wide range of Banks, Lenders and Borrowers.

You will have be handling a caseload of Property Investment, Development Finance, Securitisation, Project Finance, Facility Agreements.

You will be working with within a Leading Team with a large and Varied clientele.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer who is a 2 years PQE+ (there are no upper limits in terms of candidates for consideration)
• You will have experience of investments.
• Excellent Technical and Commercial Ability
• You will have an experience handling your own caseload of High quality work.
• Salary is negotiable depending on the level of your PQE, plus an excellent benefits Package
