The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team. You will have experience in Landlord and Tenant work and Property Finance, alongside broader commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals.

You will manage a varied caseload and provide legal advice on a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial lease renewals and regearing, lease management and head office relocations, rent reviews and secured lending, sales and purchases across sectors, and property aspects of corporate transactions. You will work closely with the Corporate team to support these transactions. As a real estate solicitor, you will handle your own files independently where appropriate, while also collaborating with a large, experienced team of legal professionals at all levels.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong experience in landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, and general real estate transactions
• A commercially aware, proactive individual with a track record of or interest in business development
• An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces the firm's values of Growth, Relationships, Ambition, Collaboration, and Excellence
• An existing client following would be advantageous but is not essential
