The Role

As a solicitor in the Real Estate Development team, you will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on significant development matters. Your responsibilities will span acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, leasehold arrangements, and complex transactions across various sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Advising on all aspects of real estate development transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development-related documentation.
• Conducting legal due diligence and managing transaction timelines.
• Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions.
• Supporting business development through networking and client relationship management.

About You

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2+ years PQE in Real Estate law, ideally with exposure to development matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the property development lifecycle, including planning and environmental considerations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Commercially astute with a client-focused mindset.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
