This prestigious firm, known for attracting top-tier legal talent, is now seeking a dynamic associate or senior associate to handle high-calibre residential development work in Tunbridge Wells.

- With a long standing history and a strong South East presence, this firm is recognised for its exceptional client service and Tier 1 legal rankings across multiple practice areas.
- You will work on top-quality residential development matters, advising national housebuilders, developers, SMEs, and private landowners.
- Exposure to complex work, including regeneration schemes, strategic land, urban extensions, and housing developments.
- This role offers a clear route for progression, whether you're a Solicitor aiming to step up to Associate or an Associate looking to advance to Senior Associate.
About You:
- You are a Real Estate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE, ideally with experience in a Legal 500-ranked real estate team.
- Demonstrable experience in residential development work, from site acquisitions to strategic land agreements.
- Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
