A well-established West Country firm is looking to add an experienced Conveyancer to its growing Residential Property team in Taunton.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive, traditional firm. You'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team with strong local ties and a loyal client base-offering quality work, real client contact, and long-term career development.

The role will include:

• Managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
• Running files from instruction to post-completion, with appropriate supervision where needed
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with SRA, CQS and AML procedures

Who this will suit:

• A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer) with 1-3+ years' experience
• Someone confident handling their own caseload and delivering a high standard of service
• A good communicator with excellent attention to detail and solid technical knowledge
