Residential Conveyancer | Fully Remote

The role

  • Managing a caseload of c.45-60 residential property files from instruction through to completion
  • Working with a highly streamlined in-house case management system, designed specifically for remote working
  • Handling a varied mix of sale, purchase, new build, remortgage, transfer of equity and leasehold matters
  • Taking responsibility for client communication, exchanges, and completions with autonomy and confidence
  • Joining a supportive team of 5-6 lawyers with daily video catch-ups and hands-on access to directors

What they're looking for

  • A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX, or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer
  • Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions
  • A tech-savvy, proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Confidence in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

  • Quarterly fee-share bonus: 25% on everything billed above target
