Now, in line with continued growth and increasing levels of instruction, the firm is looking to expand its Residential Property team further as they strengthen their position in the HNW property market.

The Role

As part of their respective Residential Property team, you will take on a varied caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Close liaison with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth processes

Requirements

• 3+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing (or equivalent as a Licensed Conveyancer/FCILEX)
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness
• A proactive and collaborative approach
