This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer / Residential Property Lawyer to join a growing practice in Petersfield, Hampshire.

In this role you will be working directly alongside the head of department, managing your own fee-earning caseload giving you the opportunity to invest in the firm's loyal client base. The Property department as a whole deal with excellent work, both on the residential and on the commercial side giving an ambitious lawyer a fantastic springboard.
Examples of responsibilities include: dealing with leasehold / freehold, equity release, liaising with investors and developers and dealing with HNW individuals.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• You will be an ambitious, dynamic individual
• A positive "can do" attitude is key to the role
• Salary is negotiable and very much dependent on your background, plus an excellent bonus structure.
