The Role

This firm is seeking to welcome a Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years of experience to their reputable property department.

The team focuses on providing high-quality property services to their client base. Here, you will have exposure to city centre level work without the corporate environment. You will build up a real rapport with your clients and feel respected for the work you do.

Opportunities to join this team do not come up often because the staff turnover is very low. The need for an addition to the team has come up at this point only due to retirement.

You will deal with a wide range of transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sale and purchase
• Remortgage
• Transfer of equity
• Lease extension
• Equity release

Requirements

• You will have 3+ years of experience running your own caseload and files
• You will have worked on a broad range of conveyancing matters
