The Role

This firm are seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer 3+ years experience to join their reputable property department.

The residential department has grown significantly over the years and continues to do so, which is a reflection of the amount of work their strong reputation brings to them. Their local client base brings repeat business to them consistently, and the affluent areas surrounding the office means that you will enjoy a varied caseload of HNW work.

You will deal with a wide range of transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfer of equity
• Lease extensions and freehold purchases

Requirements

• You will have 3+ years of experience running your own caseload and files
• You will have worked on a broad range of conveyancing matters
• You will be confident in working fully remotely
