This firm is seeking a 4+ PQE Senior Residential Property Lawyer.

The Firm:

Based in Central London, this firm is highly established, and despite the competition, they have already earned a strong reputation for their handling of high-quality Residential Property matters. Additionally, they have made significant strides recently with crucial senior hires, especially within the Residential Property/Conveyancing department.

This firm is very flexible and offers hybrid working from home 3 days per week and a bonus of 33% of anything billed over target.

The Role:

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Conveyancing Property Associate 4+ PQE to join their outstanding team.

This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.
