Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Birmingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and supportive team in Birmingham. This role offers genuine progression opportunities, with the potential to develop into a Head of Department position for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

• Provide clear, proactive, and client-focused advice throughout the transaction process.

• Supervise and support junior team members where appropriate.

• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.

• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the residential conveyancing offering.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with significant experience in residential conveyancing.

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to handle matters independently.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills.

• Ambitious and proactive, with the drive to take on leadership responsibilities.

• Previous experience supervising or mentoring colleagues is advantageous but not essential.
