The Role

The residential conveyancing work is predominantly sourced from local private clients and developers and involves handling some high net worth property. The role will involve working as part of a close knit team, handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, which will include:

Sales and purchases
Leasehold flats
Registered and unregistered
New Builds
Transfers of Equity
Re-mortgages

The Candidate

Previous experience within conveyancing is essential as is the ability to handle a caseload under with minimal supervision.

Salary is dependent upon experience.
