The Role

The Residential Development team has strong relationships with national and regional housebuilders, developers, PLCs and housing associations. Due to sustained growth and increased workflow, the team is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Manchester office.

You will advise on a wide range of residential development matters, including site acquisitions and disposals, option agreements, promotion agreements, strategic land transactions and large scale development projects. The work is high value, varied and often complex.

You will work closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, gaining hands on exposure to significant transactions while being encouraged to build your own client relationships. There is also scope to collaborate with colleagues across the firm's wider national and international network.

With comparatively low targets relative to other international competitors and market leading salaries, the firm offers an attractive balance between remuneration and work life balance.

About You

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Residential Development
• You will have strong technical ability and confidence managing your own matters
• You will be commercially aware and enthusiastic about client development
