The Role

This leading property firm is seeking a Residential Development Partner to join its growing office in the West End, London.

Real estate is at the heart of everything the firm does. In this role, you'll join a close-knit team of 10, including 3 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, and support staff. You will handle a broad range of high-quality work, including residential development, acquisitions for development, and acting for developers (both PLC and private companies) in relation to commercial property acquisitions and large-scale, multi-purpose developments.

The team is busy with an established caseload ready for you to take over from day one, allowing you to hit the ground running.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Development Solicitor with at least 10 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in managing a residential development caseload is essential.
• You will work on high-quality, complex matters alongside a highly regarded and experienced team.
