You'll join a thriving Commercial Property team ranked in the Legal 500, working on high-value and complex residential development projects. Clients include major national housebuilders, regional developers, landed estates, SMEs, and private landowners. You can expect exposure to:

• Strategic land acquisitions and site assembly
• Urban extensions and regeneration schemes
• Option agreements, promotion agreements, and conditional contracts
• Major housing developments and mixed-use projects

About You

• A Real Estate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
• Experience in residential development work (e.g. site acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land matters)
• Ideally trained or working in a Legal 500-ranked commercial property team
• Commercially astute, proactive, and confident in dealing with clients directly
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
