Due to continued expansion, are now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Harborne office, Birmingham (with hybrid working).

• You will work a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

The Candidate

• You will be a qualified Residential Property Lawyer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) and have good quality residential conveyancing experience
• You will have around 5 years post qualification experience.
• You will be able to manage your own caseload and be comfortable with complex work
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving, professional environment
• You must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
