This highly respected firm, with a strong presence across Kent, is seeking a skilled and driven Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years of PQE to join their thriving Maidstone office.

The Role:

  • As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will take on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Providing clear, concise legal advice to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments and changes in legislation

Requirements:

  • Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE
  • Strong experience in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently and independently
  • Ambition, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
