The Role

This firm are seeking to recruit a Residential Paralegal with 2+ years experience to join their busy Chester team.

The residential department in this firm is the largest team throughout the practice. Their clients span both the North-West and London giving you exposure to a mixture of clients of MNW/HNW. The department has excellent relationships with estate agents all of the UK. The team deal with the following: -

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgaging
• Transfer of equity
• Lease extensions and freehold purchases

The team is well supported by the Partnership. You will be working closely alongside the senior fee-earners giving you the chance to learn, develop and take your career to the next level.

Requirements

• You will have 2 years' experience working within a Property team
• You will have worked on a broad range of conveyancing matters
• You will work well within a team
