The role

This role is a Residential Property Partner succession planning role, based in the heart of the West End of London.

• The team currently stands at a team of four (Equity Partner, Two Associates and a Trainee). The currently Equity Partner is due to retire within the next 24 months, and as such the firm are seeking to find a successor. The department has a strong referral network and good relationships with estate agents and brokers.
• You will lead the department into the future, driving business and growth. This role could also be the perfect springboard to Equity for the right candidate.
• The caseload will include; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, lease extensions and re-mortgages.
• You will have a proven track record of expanding work streams and driving new business.
• You should be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least seven years PQE +
• Salary and package is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background
