The Role

In this senior role, you will be leading an established and busy residential property team, managing a busy caseload while playing a crucial part in expanding the department's reach and reputation. You'll work closely with the partners, driving the department's growth while maintaining exceptional client service. There is an opportunity to move away from full fee-earning and lead the growth and strategy of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff
  • Overseeing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including high-value and complex transactions
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to grow the department
  • Ensuring the highest standards of client care and legal expertise
  • Contributing to strategic decisions that shape the future of the department

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 7 years PQE in residential property
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing teams
  • Proven ability to handle complex and high-value property transactions
  • Ambition to drive growth and achieve outstanding results
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
