The role

The firm are looking to recruit a Residential Property Partner to join this L500 firms' office in Liverpool Street, London.

• The firm is seeking to hire a new partner for their flourishing Real Estate department. This is due to growth and an influx of work causing the department to be very busy.
• You will work with the other partners within the conveyancing department to grow and drive the department forward, whilst overseeing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
• You will also be involved with business development activities ensuring that the department continues to go from strength to strength.
• The caseload will be broad across several industry sectors, the variety will make for an interesting role. The caseload will include; sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 7 years + PQE
• Salary and package are negotiable depending on your background and experience, there is also a lucrative bonus structure that allows you to boost earnings by way of billings.
